ABOUT THE APPRAISER
Steven J. Wood
Steven is a Certified Residential, FHA-approved Appraiser practicing throughout the San Gabriel Valley & Inland Empire. He is an Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, member of the CA Apartment Owner Association, and holds a B.A. in Real Estate. Steven's journey in real estate began in the aftermath of the 2007-2008 Financial Crisis when he began purchasing single family houses & residential income properties. This real-world experience as a buyer & landlord encouraged him to put his analytical mind and passion for real estate to use by becoming a professional Real Estate Appraiser. His current clientele includes both national & regional lending institutions, as well as individual property owners. Steven currently owns & manages a portfolio of property spanning the areas of his practice.
